For years, cocaine and alcohol took everything from me. Not just a little — everything.
I lost houses. I lost my business. I lost my family. I even lost who I was as a person.
What started as something I thought I had control over slowly became a chaos I could not escape. It left me homeless, broken, and — at my very lowest — suicidal.
I became isolated from the world. Depressed. Paranoid. My health collapsed. I had three heart attacks, and still found myself buying cocaine while I was in the hospital. That is how deep the addiction had its grip on me.
“This is not something I have read about in a textbook. I am not a recovery mentor because I studied it. I am a coach because I have lived it — every dark corner of it.”
For years, I tried to do it alone. And it never worked. I spent thousands on rehab. It helped in the moment — but the moment I left, I was on my own again. And that is where the cycle started all over.
“That is the truth most people do not talk about: addiction thrives in isolation.”
So I decided to build something different. A form of support that is real, affordable, and consistent. Something that gives people what they actually need — understanding, accountability, and someone in their corner who genuinely gets it.
Because when you are stuck in addiction, the worst feeling is not just the substance itself. It is feeling completely and utterly alone. “And you do not have to be.”
